Oversaw artwork that contributed to market growth from 3.5 million to the current budget of 5 million in revenue, a 40% increase in revenue.
Designed AOA Creative Time Line with Sales Manager to manage
internal and external client expectations.
Developed templates in Microsoft Office with the Creative Director for the new corporate identity roll-out.
Rewrote the AOA Pre-Press Guidelines giving clear direction for the correct file set up.
Conducted regular workshops for Account Executives to improve information gathering for creative briefs. Methodology proved to grow their sales and their client’s business as well.
